Former Qatar Airways and Etihad Airways cabin crew, twice accepted by Emirates, and helping people land their dream airline jobs since 2020.

Seven years ago, I was just like you. Curious. Determined. A little nervous. And completely unsure if I was really “good enough” to make it as cabin crew. I got rejected, I made mistakes, and I doubted myself more times than I can count.

Since then, I’ve flown around the globe, grown so much as a person, and today I’m proud to work for Switzerland’s newest airline. But my biggest passion now? Helping you get there too.

That’s why I created Cabin Crew To Be Academy — to give you everything I wish I had when I started. Real guidance. Honest advice. And someone cheering for you every step of the way.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need the right support and the courage to begin. And I’m here to help you do exactly that.

MY STORY

I grew up in a small town in northern Romania where money was tight and big dreams felt... far away. But I always knew there had to be more. More freedom. More adventure. More meaning.

I used to scroll through Instagram, seeing cabin crew in glamorous uniforms, exploring the world, and thought—what if that could be me?

The truth? It wasn’t easy. I was rejected. I doubted myself. I borrowed money to get to interviews. I cried. I tried again.

And then... I made it. I was accepted by Emirates, Etihad, and Qatar Airways—three of the best airlines in the world. That moment changed my life.

Since then, I’ve flown to over 60 countries, lived in Dubai, Doha, and now Zurich, where I work for Switzerland’s newest airline. But more than that—I’ve built confidence, independence, and a life I truly love.

Now it’s your turn.
